Overneath is Sothoros' third release since the band started in 2008. It displays a drastically different side of the band in comparison to their previous releases, which consisted of primarily death metal and thrash styles. The album represents their bold inauguration into the progressive (dare we say "djent") metal world. However, the album still incorporates their technical death metal roots.

The album will be available for free until Bandcamp's free download credits are gone, at which point the album will be available for a very small cost until the credits are replenished. Thank you to everyone for listening and especially to those fans who have donated! Years of hard work went into completing the album and any contributions are greatly appreciated. All donations go directly to Sothoros (no middle man) and will be used to buy more gear for higher production quality on future releases.

Connor Chamberlain composed, recorded, mixed and mastered all of the music on Overneath. John Montgomery wrote the vast majority of the drum parts. John and Connor are the only current members in the band but are looking for a vocalist to record on the album.
